Sessions are one hour in length and make full use of our fantastic apparatus. Our Preschool classes are planned and led by our fantastic coaching team as they guide parents and gymnasts through the session and on the equipment.
Mini Gym is the best place to prepare for joining our Foundation classes. Gymnasts begin to work in familiar groups with a dedicated coach, and learn new skills on floor and equipment as part of our certificate scheme.
Gymnasts of all abilities are welcome to attend our Foundation classes, and will expect to work on up to five pieces of apparatus every session! Sessions are both fun and educational for our gymnasts with children regularly progressing to awards.
Squad classes are our invite-only advanced classes that work towards a higher level of skills, designed for children who have progressed through our Foundation programme. Some Foundation and Squad gymnasts will occasionally train for competitions.
